Combat Patrol: Adeptus Mechanicus includes five of them among its 19 models and comes to €6.39 a model for €121.50. We hold no model count for the kit on its own, so we cannot put a per-model price on buying it separately — the box rate is the figure to judge it by.
Pteraxii is an Adeptus Mechanicus kit that builds 5 models. We track it at 6 shops, from €37.99 at realfoxydealz on eBay to €49.90 — a difference of €11.91 on the same kit. That is €7.60 a model at the cheapest price we have seen. Combat Patrol: Adeptus Mechanicus costs €54.00 more than this kit on its own and adds €86.00 of other kits.

The same box builds Pteraxii Skystalkers or Pteraxii Sterylizors — 75 points either way, so the choice costs you nothing.
