Being a single model, the sticker is also the per-model figure. No boxed set in our catalogue contains it, so the kit is the only way to the model.
The Contorted Epitome is a Chaos Daemons kit that builds 1 model. The same kit is also playable in Age of Sigmar, in a Hedonites of Slaanesh army. We track it at 2 shops, from €45.00 at My Hobby Place to €48.15 — a difference of €3.15 on the same kit.
