About Merlin's Miniatures
Tangmere, Chichester, West Sussex
Merlin's Miniatures sell new and pre-owned miniatures from a unit in Tangmere, near Chichester. Their own pages put the pre-owned stock at over 40,000 items, with new arrivals added every day, and say they post to 195 countries.
They also trade on eBay, and point to their 100% positive eBay feedback as the measure of their service. Purchases earn Merlin Points, a loyalty scheme they describe as savings on later orders.
From their own website we list their new stock only: a second-hand lot is a one-off that cannot be compared like for like with anyone else's price.

- •Orders are dispatched within one working day unless the listing says otherwise, and an order placed before 2pm on a working day usually goes the same day. They state no transit time.
- •Customs duties and import fees on an order outside the UK are not included in their prices or postage and are the buyer's to pay; a parcel returned unpaid is refunded for the goods alone, once it is back with them.

How to read these numbers
"Cheapest on 1,306 of 3,311" is not a verdict on their prices. Of the 3,311 products another shop also sells, it counts those where Merlin's Miniatures's in-stock price, before delivery, was the lowest of the shops we compare (a tie counts for every shop at that price) — so a shop that lists more of our catalogue gets more chances to win, and a specialist cannot out-score a generalist however keen its prices are. Read it beside that denominator, never on its own. The 421 products only they have a price for are not counted as wins: the only price is not the lowest.
We compare 24 shops, not the whole internet. "Best we found" means the best price among those, in the United Kingdom, on the day we checked. Games Workshop's own RRP is the benchmark we measure savings against rather than a shop in the contest, and Amazon is left out because its listings are written by resellers and cannot be reliably attributed to a seller.
Prices move. Every figure here is a snapshot from 25 October 2026, not a promise. Check the product page for what a shop is asking today.
