Delivery from Modellbau-Universe
- •They deliver to Germany and Austria and nowhere else. Germany is €6.95 up to an order value of €150 and free above it; Austria is €9.90 plus a €1.50 surcharge.
- •Their offers sit in our EU market because that is the narrowest bucket the panel has, so a French or Spanish reader is shown this shop and cannot buy from it.
- •Parcels go by DHL, and processing starts on the first working day after the payment arrives.
- •They state no transit time of their own: the delivery estimate is the one shown on each product page.
- •Cash on delivery adds a flat €8.50, and a follow-up delivery for a back-ordered item costs nothing extra.

Modellbau-Universe discount codes — the honest answer
Modellbau-Universe issue no discount code. The "Gutscheine" page a search will send you to sells gift vouchers - you buy them, they do not discount your order. Their actual markdowns sit in the Sonderangebote section and in dated manufacturer sales.
- •Sonderangebote is their standing special-offers section, and they layer dated manufacturer sales on top of it - a summer sale across three kit brands was running when we checked, with an end date printed on the banner.
- •Free delivery inside Germany above their published order threshold; Austria pays a flat rate plus a surcharge and has no free tier.
- •Read the delivery line beside their name first: they post to Germany and Austria only. For a reader anywhere else in the EU their prices are academic.

How to read these numbers
"Cheapest on 195 of 1,220" is not a verdict on their prices. Of the 1,220 products another shop also sells, it counts those where Modellbau-Universe's in-stock price, before delivery, was the lowest of the shops we compare (a tie counts for every shop at that price) — so a shop that lists more of our catalogue gets more chances to win, and a specialist cannot out-score a generalist however keen its prices are. Read it beside that denominator, never on its own. The 1,453 products only they have a price for are not counted as wins: the only price is not the lowest.
We compare 42 shops, not the whole internet. "Best we found" means the best price among those, in the European Union, on the day we checked. Games Workshop's own RRP is the benchmark we measure savings against rather than a shop in the contest, and Amazon is left out because its listings are written by resellers and cannot be reliably attributed to a seller.
Prices move. Every figure here is a snapshot from 25 October 2026, not a promise. Check the product page for what a shop is asking today.
