Is Dark Sphere legit?
Dark Sphere London has traded since 2006, running a gaming centre and hobby shop out of Shepherd's Bush alongside its online store. It carries an average, 2.8-out-of-5 Trustpilot score across 52 reviews as of 23 Sep 2026, and the picture is genuinely mixed: several reviewers praise its pricing and knowledgeable staff, but a real, recent cluster of complaints covers slow or unresponsive customer service, undelivered or cancelled pre-orders, and stock counts on the site that don't match what's actually available. Worth weighing both sides rather than reading it as simply good or bad.
