Is Northeast Model Centre legit?
North East Model Centre (NEMC) describes itself as the UK's largest independent model shop, with two floors and free parking on its premises. Its inventory spans radio-controlled vehicles, tabletop gaming miniatures, scale model kits, painting supplies, airbrushes, and railway models. On Trustpilot, it carries a rating of 3.2 out of 5 as of 28 Sep 2026 from 3 reviews — a small sample, but mixed in character: one customer reported a return refusal on an unopened electrical item citing safety reasons, another described a damaged shipment with mold and unresponsive customer service, while a third noted that when contacted, staff member Joey resolved the issues with a full refund. The profile remains unclaimed and shows no history of actively requesting reviews.
