Is Spirit Games legit?
Spirit Games has a long trading history: it operated as a physical hobby shop in Burton upon Trent from 1984 before transitioning to online mail-order business. On Trustpilot, it carries a rating of 4.7 out of 5 across 35 reviews as of 28 Sep 2026. Reviewers consistently praise exceptional customer service, fast shipping with careful packaging, and the shop's ability to source hard-to-find or out-of-print games unavailable elsewhere at competitive prices; staff are described as knowledgeable gaming enthusiasts who provide expert advice. One minor critique noted the website layout could be cleaner. The Trustpilot profile is unclaimed and all 35 reviews date from before 2025, reflecting the transition to online-only operations during and after COVID-19.
