Also known as Vallejo Black and White Set
Works out at £2.38 per paint.
Seven Model Color paints for the ends of the value scale: Black and White themselves, Dark Grey and Neutral Grey between them, and warm Ivory, Deck Tan and Flat Earth to keep highlights and shadows from going sterile.
More useful than it sounds - very little on a real model wants pure black or pure white, and the tinted neutrals here are what you actually reach for.
£2.74 per bottle, restocking the colours every painter empties first.
Best for: greyscale underpainting and highlights that pure white would blow out.
