A lone character riding a Disc, at £19.63 against a £26 RRP — and with nothing to divide that across, £19.63 is also the per-model figure. Two boxes carry it far more cheaply: the Tzaangor Warflock Spearhead averages £4.47 across 17 models, and Combat Patrol: Thousand Sons £5.81 across 15.
Tzaangor Shaman is a Disciples of Tzeentch kit that builds 1 model. The same kit is also playable in Warhammer 40,000, in a Thousand Sons army. We track it at 4 shops, from £20.80 at Wayland Games to £24.70 — a difference of £3.90 on the same kit. Games Workshop list it at £26.00, so the cheapest price we track saves £5.20. Combat Patrol: Thousand Sons costs £66.40 more than this kit on its own and adds £78.80 of other kits.
