Combat Patrol: Adeptus Custodes contains the same three and averages $8.68 a model across its 14 for $121.55, so the box is clearly cheaper per model if you are starting the army rather than topping it up.
Allarus Custodians is an Adeptus Custodes kit that builds 3 models. We track it at 2 shops, from $51.00 at Wargame Portal to $79.95 — a difference of $28.95 on the same kit. That is $17.00 a model at the cheapest price we have seen. Games Workshop list it at $62.00, so the cheapest price we track saves $11.00. It also comes in Combat Patrol: Adeptus Custodes.
