The box is 20 miniatures, half Blue Horrors and half Brimstone Horrors, and the 125 points buys the ten Blue Horrors alone. That gap is the rules, not a missing figure: Chaos Daemons have no Brimstone Horrors datasheet at all. Brimstones join the unit during the game through the Blue Horrors' Split ability — one is added on a 4+ each time a Blue Horror is destroyed — and they cost nothing when they arrive. So the second half of the box is free reinforcement rather than a second unit to pay for, and the cost per point above is worked out over the ten models you actually field.
