A Hive Tyrant, the synapse creature a Tyranid swarm forms up around, at $46.31 against a $67.50 RRP — one model, so $46.31 is both the price and the rate. The Tyranid Swarm Battleforce puts a Hive Tyrant among 30 models for $185.22, which averages $6.17 a model — cheaper across the box, but not a cheaper way to get the Tyrant alone.
Hive Tyrant is a Tyranids kit that builds 1 model. We track it at 5 shops, from $46.31 at The Warp on eBay to $66.95 — a difference of $20.64 on the same kit.
