A single Astra Militarum officer, C$42.50 against a C$53 RRP. Astra Militarum Platoon: Battleforce includes a Commissar too, and at C$263.50 for 19 models that is C$13.87 a model — so if you want the platoon around him, the box brings the character in for much less than buying him separately.
Commissar is an Astra Militarum kit that builds 1 model. We track it at 3 shops, from C$42.50 at Tistaminis on eBay to C$45.90 — a difference of C$3.40 on the same kit. Games Workshop list it at C$53.00, so the cheapest price we track saves C$10.50. Astra Militarum Platoon: Battleforce costs C$111.20 more than this kit on its own and adds C$174.50 of other kits.
