The machines themselves - resin printers for miniatures, filament printers for terrain and bulk. Resin wins on detail at 28mm; filament wins on size and running cost.
A$33.99 · ELEGOO Washing Bucket for Mercury Plus V2.0
priced 27 Sep
The metal that bolts to a resin printer - build plates, flex plates and resin tanks. All of it is machine-specific, so check the model name against your printer before buying.
A$7.99 · QIDI Tech Silicone Socks (Set of 5, Plus4)
priced 6 Oct
The wear parts at the business end of a filament printer - nozzles by size and metal, hotends, extruders and printhead assemblies, heaters, thermistors and silicone socks. Hardened steel for carbon- and glass-fibre filaments; brass for everything else.
Spring-steel PEI plates, textured, smooth, cool and 3D-effect surfaces, and the glue that helps a first layer stick. Plates are sized to one printer, so match the model name.
A$2.78 · Creality Nozzle Wiping Strip for SPARKX i7
priced 8 Oct
Everything else that keeps a filament printer running - PTFE tubes, spool holders, filament hubs and cutters, belts, fans, motors, boards, screens and cameras - and the multi-colour units (ACE, CANVAS) that upgrade one.
A$37.99 · ELEGOO FEP Film for Mars 4/5/5 Ultra (5 pack)
priced 27 Sep
FEP and ACF release film is a wear part that clouds every 20-100 prints, and the filters, funnels, spatulas and mats are what keep the resin reusable and the bench clean.
FDM filament by material - PLA and PLA+ for terrain, scenery and props, matte and silk finishes for display pieces, PETG and ABS where a print must survive handling or heat. The whole spool is priced, so compare per kilo.
A$126.00 · Creality Space Pi Filament Dry Box Plus
Filament soaks up moisture from the air and then prints stringy and weak. Dryers bake it back, dehumidifying storage and AMS heaters keep it dry between and during prints, and a splicer joins the ends of part-used rolls.

The printer is the purchase everyone researches; the consumables are the purchases that never stop. A 28-32mm supported miniature uses maybe 10-20ml of resin - pennies per model - but the resin comes by the litre, the FEP or ACF film under the vat is a wear part that gives out every 20-100 prints, and everything that leaves the plate needs washing and curing. This shelf is that running spine, from the hobby shops we already track rather than a marketplace lottery: printer resin by chemistry, replacement film, flex plates, resin tanks and UV curing chambers, with the machines themselves listed where a partner stocks them.
The Honest Verdict
Buy the resin on chemistry, not brand loyalty - standard, water-washable, ABS-like and plant-based print differently and clean up differently, and the cheap litre is no bargain if half of it goes on failed supports. Film is the part people forget to reorder: check whether your printer takes FEP or ACF before it clouds, not after. A curing chamber beats a sunny windowsill for one reason only - repeatability.

Printed models get painted like any other miniature — start with the paint catalogue or the tools & accessories shelves for the bench that finishes what the printer starts.
