TPU Filament

TPU is the flexible filament: rubbery, tough and hard to tear. For a painter that means parts that bend instead of breaking - banners, cables and hoses, tank tracks, flexible bases and movement-tray inserts, and soft liners for storage. It prints slowly and feeds most reliably through a direct-drive extruder; the lower the Shore hardness (85A against the common 95A), the softer the print and the harder it is to feed. It is not the filament for fine detail. This page lists TPU only; the other flexible filaments - TPE, TPC, PEBA and SEBS - are on the filament shelf under "Other flexibles".

Nearly every spool here is 1.75 mm; the few 2.85 mm ones say so in their name. Other materials: PLA filament, PETG filament, or every filament.
